Transcript for "Simplify Operations: Employee Lifecycle Automation with SaaS Management":
Good evening, everyone, and welcome to our webinar. So system design operations, employee life cycle, automation with SaaS management. So I'm Kate Lover from SaaS and I'll be your host today. So managing user efficiencies and securely throughout an employee's life cycle has always been a challenging for IT and HR leaders. So especially with growing SaaS adoption. So from onboarding to management and finally onboarding, it's an area where inefficiencies can cost time, resources, and even create security risks. So that's why today's session is all about exploring tactical strategies and proven workflows to automate these processes. So you'll learn how to automate how automation not only saves hundreds of hours annually, but also strengthens security and streamlines operations. So we're also very excited to be joined by our guest speaker, Henry Minartas, channel manager for GTM Southeast Asia, Joseph. So Henry will be sharing valuable insights on how IT and HR teams can simplify operations, enhance governance, and optimize software cost. So as a little bonus, so please stay tuned until the end of the webinar since we will be holding a raffle to a raffle draw for all of our participants. Next slide, please. So let's start by looking at why employee life cycle automation matters more than ever today. So first, we have time savings. So IT and HR teams spend hundreds of hours every year on manual tasks like account creation, access, provisioning, and revoking access when employees leave. So imagine how much more value those teams could bring if those processes were automated. So second, there's an issue of security and risk. When systems are disconnected, it leaves rooms for errors, gaps, and even vulnerable vulnerabilities. Oversight in onboarding or offboarding can mean someone can keep access to tools they shouldn't. So we don't want that to happen. Right? Or doesn't get the access that they need on time. And finally, SaaS proliferation. So our organizations everywhere are adapting more and more SaaS applications to run their businesses. So while that grows while that grows, it is a great for productivity, it also creates challenges, especially when IT has to manage so many different tools manually. Next slide, please. So how do we solve these challenges? So that's where automation comes in. So first is key automation workflows. So it can streamline the entire employee life cycle from onboarding new hires quickly to managing role based access during employment and securely onboarding employees without delays. So it's much more easier now. And of course, automation is only effective if your tools talk to each other. So that's why integration best practices, connecting your SaaS tools with HR and IT systems are essential. So done right, it creates one seamless flow instead of multiple disconnected processes. So with automation, you can also measure ROI and security. So it's not just about saving time but also quantifying how much risk you produce and how your IT resources are being optimized. Now setting the stage for transformation. So ultimately, the feature of workforce management is automated, agile, and secure. So the insights you sites you learn today aren't just high level concepts. They're meant to give you practical, ready to implement steps to help your organization reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and strengthen compliance. So think of this session as setting the stage for a transformation, helping you reimagine how IT and HR teams can work smarter and not harder. So now it's my pleasure to introduce our guest speaker this afternoon. So we're joined by Henry Minarta, the channel manager for GTM Southeast Asia at Josys. So Henry brings with him an experience of organiz organizational and b two b ecommerce strategy. So he has he has had, like, leadership roles at Astra International Group, ULA, Jeff's Jeff Bezos' first investment in Southeast Asia, and also Philip Morris International. So he's passion lies in simplifying complex operations to empower IT and HR teams. So today, he'll be sharing how organizations of all sizes can leverage SaaS management and automation to transform employee life cycle processes. So help me welcome Henry Minarta. Hi, Henry. Good afternoon. Hi, Kate. Thank you. Thank you for the warm up. Yes. Thank you so much. Okay. Hello. Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Henry, and, I am the manager for JOSYS in Southeast Asia region to be very specific. Thank you, Kate, for a warm welcome, and thank you for seeing, to give the opportunities for me to be able to discuss this, specific topics, up trending topics, to be specific, about simplify operations. And the subtopics is employee life cycle automation with SaaS management. So, actually, in this modern industry, there are a lot of ways to simplify your operations. But in this, webinar, I'll be very specific to discuss how SaaS management, automated SaaS management can also impacting your employee life cycle, journey. So before we start, I would like to have us sitting in the same seat about what is the definitions of employee life cycle. Based on Qualtrics definition, employee life cycle is actually a unique journey that every employee will go will face starting from the day they become aware about your organizations and until they leave the organizations. And this is a proven model used for HR and people in department around the world known as the employee life cycle model. The employee life cycle stages consist of five distinct, but also interconnecting, stages starting from the recruitment where they see your job vacancy and they see your value and they see the what what is the purpose of your brand. Next is the onboarding. This is the stage very crucial stages where you wanna weaponize all your newly recruited employee to be able to ramp up and speed up about their capabilities and knowledge so they can contribute to the companies, as easy as as fast as they could. Development is where you will see the hypergrowth of an employee. This is where to utilize their learning curve at their best and make sure they learn very quickly, and they become very smart and happy in a very, efficient time. After several stages, you will hit every employee will hit retention stage where they become a master of what they they are doing, And you need another stages, in your employee life cycle where you might keep them new role, new projects, or new location to make sure that they are still motivated and keep performing and contributing to the company. Last but not least, we will come to the exit or off boarding stages where in this stage, we would need to accept that every company might have their next journey. They may they may depart from the company and start their own new, their their new journey in the next their stage of life. Now after, knowing what is actually, employee life cycle, I will also tap what is actually SaaS management. SaaS management is actually when you have, the ability to identify and oversight all the software application in your organization's technology stack. It enables you to have feasibility, review, and text take actions of everything related to SAS usage, SaaS spending, and also SaaS compliance in your organization. So this is going to be our, model of SaaS management. Now why we think that SaaS management is very critical or crucial? Right now, in the era of digitalizations, we need to be able to adapt with the growth of technologies. So every organization will have to choose between these two options. First, to make sure their their team is stay relevant and optimal in doing their job by creating your own system. Our second second options is to just adopt a ready to buy or ready to use software that are existing in the market. Now we believe based on this data, most organizations are choosing the second options. They need to weaponize. They need to enable the their employee to stay relevant, stay, efficient, and can, and can give certain quality of, works with certain tools that will be provided from the company. This phenomena is, supported by the data from our customers. Based on our most, advanced region, which is United States, they already keep the level where every organization have or and has adopted 125 softwares across department. While in Southeast Asia, we see also the similar trend. While Southeast Asia is now are quietly approximately having 30 applications of SaaS as per organizations. Now this slide might also resonate to your experience. Oh, yeah. I believe my company is also having the same, stage or phenomena while we're also adopting more SaaS in our companies to make sure everyone can do their job in an e very easy way, they're also effective. Now if this resonates to your situations, you can all, it's it's a very good things that you also, keep in, keep in track on the next slides that I will, tell you. Now let's talk about why is managing SaaS is very important for employee life cycle. We already provide you a prepared two kind of statistics. The left one is the benefit. The right one is the risk. So if you make sure your newly recruited employee is properly onboarded, 69%, they will have more possibilities to stay in your companies for at least three years. And with an optimal onboarding program, they will be more likely to contribute 64% more productive rather than rather than the employees or the organizations who doesn't have a proper onboarding plan or tools. While on the right side, as as per you can see, 70% intellectual property theft occurs within ninety days before the departure, and 50% of the former employee accounts are remain active for longer than one day after departure. So you can already see the business impact if you manage your SaaS, in a good manner and the risk if you're not doing it in a good way. Next is this is three stage where actually SaaS management will play a crucial role, a pivotal role for your organization's dynamic. First is on the onboarding stages where you wanna make sure that your employee has the right tools starting from day one. They will have a very smooth and excellent experience in their their first day joining your organizations. Second is the mid life cycle or retention. What you you wanna make sure that every employee who will be starting their new project or their new role or moving to another locations have the easiness to access, to ask for requests, or ask for some help if they need new tools on their new positions. And the third one is exit or onboarding. But you wanna make sure that every, software that they have access to is removed in the day that they left the company. So it will reduce the risk of data breach and so on and so on. Now with the growth of SaaS and growth of SaaS adoptions, a lot of organizations are still doing a manual SaaS management, which is very normal because SaaS management tools is not something usual that has been adopted in a lot of companies. Now imagine the three challenges in managing SaaS manually. First is the onboarding delay or error. You might face a situations because there is a lot of coordination between the HR and IT team that we the IT team or the onboarding team to need to create a manual account creation for every sales. Let's say your sale sales team will need, like, five software, meaning there will be five manual account creations on that stage. So the risk is the new hire might not having all the tools ready on their day one, And, maybe it needs more time for the organizations or the system to prepare all of these, needs from the employees. So imagine there was this will hurt your employees, day one experience. Second, role change equals to access chaos. We understand the hecticness or the manual task it takes whenever your team are moving to a new organiz a new role where they might need new access level or new tools. Without automation, these things needs to be done manually, and it will impacting also, the journey or the learning curve of your employee. Last but not least is off worrying risk. While missed accounts or where you are not deprofishing the access in the right time, meaning another extra cost or wasted cost coming from orphanage license and also security risk because the former employees will still have access to your data. Now comes to the part where our technology can actually support each employee, life cycle status, especially the crucial one. Now imagine if you are having 10 new employees that will be onboarded early next month, But you wanna make sure that everyone that might be coming on different department will have the same smooth first day experience. One activities that you can do to contribute to that, goals is by preparing all the tools even far before the come the employees are actually joining. So with our tools and our solutions, you can actually pick all the softwares or the tools that these employees might need, and you can schedule it together between the HR and IT team. And, boom, on the employee first day, they will have all this access on their first day, very smooth onboarding progress, and they can speed up their learning pace. They can master all the tools and, yeah, it's very smooth for the employee. That is for the early, life stage. For the mid life cycle or retention stage, this is where things get more advanced. Imagine there is, 20%, 10% of your employees in your organization start moving to new role. They might need new tools, new access, etcetera, and so on. Right? So if you still handle these, stages in a very manual way, Imagine you will have a lot of sheets, Google Sheets, or another tools in a very manual way where you cannot also track which request belongs to whom, how much is the SLA, ETC, and so on. Right? Now imagine you can have these tools where all of your employee can simply access, request, an access for tools that they might need. And every employees will simply just input it to the system, and it will be notified to the their, receivers or the managers who has the responsibility to reduce. And in the end of the day, the IT team who already see all the process from this, system can just provision the access. So all of this, streamlined process will help a lot of stakeholders, your employee, your managers, and also your IT and HR team who are responsible for all the experience itself. The outcomes with this automated access management is three. First is, of course, increase the productivity of all the stakeholders because we are eliminating all the manual process which take a lot of time. Second is also enhanced security postures. As you know, everything is now become, tracked in the system, not using an any manual tools anymore. But, also, the third and the most important one is improved employee experience, which led into longer life cycle for their employees. They tend to stay longer period in your companies. Now after looking for the benefit, what is the risk of unmonitored user access? There will be three things that will that are covered in these explanations. First is security and compliance risk because the IT team is not taking control in all the environment. Second is you have the risk of wasted suspend because without clear visibility into the utilizations. Your organizations might always continue to spend dollars for unused apps and licenses. Third is inefficiencies review process, while IT teams has only limited capability if you still use a manual or decentralized access visibility, leading to time intent intensive and manual review processes. So with the access review, features in the midlife cycle, It reduce risk and save time with simple access reviews and remediations, which we will having three outcomes with it is enhancing security posture. Second is streamlining compliance audits because everything is now captured in the system. And the third, also optimize your SaaS budget. This is the benefit for the organizations itself. Last part, exit or onboarding cycle. Whenever one needs to leave the company, you never know how many are at, how many software that he is still having access to. And the process of inactivating the, office email might not necessarily or automatically blocking them to access all the SaaS that they have accessed before. So imagine if some of your employees are still able to access certain datas, it will it will risk in your company, and, also, it will be a a loss for your company. So the technology of auto deprovision user access to specific apps when onboarding We'll always help you to improve your efficiency, optimize cost, mitigate risk, and enforce compliance for your organizations. Now after all of these, activities, Henry, how to actually get started? First and foremost is to evaluate your existing processes. What is the communications happens between your IT team and your HR team Whenever a new employee will come in, a retention stage is happening where the employee will go to a new, role or new, position and also the offloading. What is the system informations, is already build built in your company, and how, human error prone is it so you can identify the inefficiencies within all the business processes. Second, if you think that after evaluating the existing process, there are a lot of loopholes happening in the processes and there are a lot of human errors or even delays, and it's affecting a lot. Second step, you can select the right SaaS management platform. Like Josys itself, we offer you with a robust onboarding and offboarding automation features. And the third, we are able we have the capability to integrate with a lot of, SaaS that have been used in this today's organization. Last but not least, after, having the right evaluations, you can continuously improve the processes. But if where you need to always evaluate and fine tune the workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance for your organizations. Come to the case study of optimizing operational efficiency. So we were helping this client, from space market, and we are very, happy to have a good feedback from mister Tokovitsu as the director. So the story was this company is having a child a situation where they are in a hyper growth situations where people will are coming, people are moving, and people are leaving in a very fast manner. And as a as a tech safety companies, they also adopting a lot of software where, these implementations also varies by department, and it's difficult to fully understand which software is required for employees in specific department. Also, not to mention the man hours required to manually manage onboarding and offloading employees has become an operational burden. By implementing us, they can visualize an efficient account issuance or relations, which has greatly reduced fisa psychological stress, and Josys's helped build a system that can detect and delete unnecessary accounts. As a result, the number of men hour required for admission or exit management has been reduced by one third, and psychology process has been drastically reduced. Centralized account management function was necessary for the 10 to 100 business space. It is coming from mister Kokomitsu as the director. So by implementing the system, they automatically save one third of their main hour, which can be, allocated to other activities which are having more value added to the organizations. Now after knowing more about our services, I also more than happy to introduce the company itself. UCC is actually established since 2022. Since then, we already have 350 employees in all over the world, and we are happy to announce that we are one of the most well funding companies in SaaS management platform as we already secured 225,000,000 USD. As per industry recognition itself, it seems we already answers a lot of, our customers' pain point because we already we are selected as, in Gartner Magic Quadrant in 2024 and 2035, two years ahead, two years in a row. And as for as for peers inside, we already have we already secured the best ratings, which is 4.6 comes from, 78 ratings. As we are aware, we might, work with a lot of integrations and credentials of their applications. We already secured all the certification and compliance needed to operate in a very safe way associated to type two ISO 27,001. And, also, our encryptions will not enables our team to access any of our files data because we have the encryptions in the US military army, standard. Now, after three years of our journey, we are proudly, can announce that we have served 600 plus global customers starting from Japan in 2022. 2023, we have, say hi to our customers in United States. And now in the late twenty twenty four and up until now, we are, expanding globally and greet and want to greet, more customers in Asia Pacific, especially Southeast Asia and Asia. I think that's all from me, Kate. I will return this floor to you. Much, Henry, for, those valuable insights. So now I'd like to open the floor for questions. So if you have any, please drop them in the q and a box, and we'll address as many as we can in the next fifteen minutes. So as what I've mentioned earlier during the beginning of the, of the webinar, please stay because, we're going to have a raffle draw to all of our participants later on. To start the ball rolling, actually, there's a question from one of our participants from Anna Henry. What if the tools are not integrated in your platform? Okay. Thank you for your questions, Anna. It's a very good questions. Right now, Josys is one of the most, this our tools, SaaS management plat Josys our SaaS management platform, which has the most API integration availability. So compared to other tools, we are leading in this API integration. We can offer 356 API integrations of, the tools that are usually being used for organizations all over the world. Now the question is, if we are using another tools that are not covered in this 356 API integration, what can we do? First, in our, software, in our services, we also offered you track apps features. Meaning, even though the tools cannot be integrated yet, you can still track how many user are actually accessing these tools and how frequent are they accessing this software. So once you know that this, application has a lot of usage and a valid use cases, you might also can, purchase the license, in the future. Second, Josys will also, deploy a more advanced solutions, which maybe will be there on, the next in the next month or October, where we can give you an RPA integration statability. Meaning, every tool that you you use right now, as long as the URL are open source where we don't need VPN, let's say, to access it, Josie can always help you to do the tracking and take actions on it. Sure, Anna. Thank you. No. I I hope that, answers your questions. We'll reach out to you, Hannah. So, Anna, so we can, show you the full list of API, and we can discuss more regarding tax management through Dofit. Okay. Thank you. So, we have another question. So for off boarding, how does the platform immediately rebooting access when someone leaves? Thank you. Kate, thank you for the questions. So JOSIS will communicate because we are integrating with your identity provider, whether it's a Google Workspace or enter ID. So whenever the HR team initiates this process where this employee will leave, it will automatically change the status on our platform. Then we can have a highlight or a hint where, oh, this employee will be departing soon. Right? After that, we can create an automations because Josys itself already have, the list, the long list where all what applications that this employee have accesses to. So once the triggers is there, we can start to delete or suspend all the access to the employee. So, again, we read all the information based on your HR, triggers, and we can create the automations around the all the application application that they still have access to. I hope it answers. Thank you, Henry. Okay. So another question. So for companies who are just starting to explore automation, what's one quick win they can implement right away after today's session? Okay. So, actually, the easiest way or this is the journey where every customers will take to level up their SaaS management is to make sure that you have this seamless system about automate onboarding and automate offboarding. Or at least you have clear communication shift between your IT team and your HR team. But if you want to adhere all the manual processes where you need to log in to a lot of admins also of every SaaS, then you can just implement, SaaS management platform tools, which enables you to anheliate all the manual processes, kit. Okay. Got it. Thank you, Henry. Okay. So, Henry, when, this is a question for you. So when you're working with organizations in Southeast Asia, what's typically the biggest resistance point you encounter when introducing new automation tools? Okay. That's a very, good, questions, Kate. So in my experience working with multi organizations, a lot of organizations in Southeast Asia, I feel the biggest resistance is usually coming from the mindset and trust. So many organizations are still used to manual processes because that's how it has always been done for the past, let's say, five years, ten years. So there is often a perception that automation is complex, costly, or risky. Now the way we have of to overcome is that is to show how automation doesn't replace people, and also it reduce repetitive works. It improves accuracy and actually raise up IT teams to focus on higher value initiative. I think that would be, my opinion about it. Okay. Because, in The Philippines, just to share also the task management, like, using these applications is, not that utilized yet. So it's good that, we're introducing doctors to the market also also, if ever they're interested in, getting, like, tax management, better. Okay. So next is, are there any industry specific challenges in Southeast Asian markets that affect how companies approach IT management differently? Well, yes. To answer that question, I would say definitely. So for example, if we are talking about financial services and health care, this type of industry will face a very strict compliance and data residency requirements. So IT teams are very cautious about how automations handle sensitive data. Another part of industry will be manufacturing and retail, which this industry typically have a very distributed workforce, which makes it harder to standardize processes without automations itself. Across industry in Southeast Asia itself, budget sensitivity is also a factor. So companies want to see clear ROI before scaling automations. So I think that's the example that I can give, for you, Kate. But, ultimately, every industry will have different challenges. But, slowly but surely, these industries will face the fact that they will need more tools to stay relevant and make their team work in a very efficient way. So my belief and Joyce's beliefs, that our platform or our solutions would be very helpful for any organizations who are having the digital, adoptions stage. Got it. Thank you so much, Henry. Okay. So another question Since, AI is, into today's today's, tech world. Right? So how are how is Joseph incorporating AI into all of this? Okay. Thank you, Keith, for the questions. Well, today we have a lot of interesting questions. So how Josys can take part of, can can language AI for these services? First is once you have a huge organizations, once you have, a lot of tools that are supporting your organizations, it is very essential to make sure you have this policy which people or department can have access to which kind of tools. Now manual processes will take time and also human error. So JOSYS is also developing these capabilities, where we can read the pattern from your organizations or multi organizations so we can give you recommendations about the access policy. So let's say this department is usually having this kind of accesses to certain apps and certain, level of access. That's how we will, help organization through AI. That's the first use cases. The other use cases is where we know the growth of SaaS is very rapid in nowadays, environment. We will help the IT team to also have feasibility around all the software are being accessed from all of the employees. And with AI, we can scrap multidata and give all these IT teams, a risk report. How risky is the software, and what is the purposes of the software, TTC, and so on. So I think that's the most two usage that we are preparing. K. Okay. Thank you, Henry. Okay. So, what inspired the creation of Docus, and how is it different from other IT asset management tools? Thank you, Rick, for the questions. So first of all, we see the phenomena since the COVID era where everyone work from home, and then the SaaS industry is going up, and the SaaS industry is having a very good responses from the market. We can see from the data, the SaaS adoption is growing year on year, efficiency and so on. Right? There are the phenomena that we see. And we also believe when the organizations use more SaaS, they need something to help them managing all of this scattered, administration. Right? So that's actually what inspire us. Now when we are talking about IT, asset management tools, we will, we will talk about two things. The IT asset management that covers the physical and also the digital digital asset. Josys is having a very strong use case and capabilities in IT asset digital, which we provide you the feasibility of all the usage of your, SaaS, how many licenses are there, what is the cost, is there any shadow account or shadow IT. And, of course, we give, we are leading a leading SaaS management platform which can provide the most API integrations. And, also, we can discover use up up to 60,000 b two b SaaS URL that are being accessed by your employees. So we are very strong in this, but, also, we are not using the IT physical asset. We can integrate with, some MDM which already in the market. And with this, we can collaborate both of the data because the MDM itself, if they stand alone, we will not have this feasibility which tools belongs to whom. But with Josys, we can combine both of these tools. And this can be used for more advanced use case with the MDM. Yeah. I hope it answers, but thank you for your, questions, Raj. It's a very great, questions. Thank you also. Thank you, Greg, for that question. Okay. So, there's another question from Roland. Hi, Roland. So when onboarding doses to HR employees who are who are nontechnical, what's the average number of or in your days? Would they able to fully understand the automation workflow? Okay. So I would assume these questions is to address, how many how long does it takes for your HR employee to get to know about Josys features, which they are nontechnical. So, basically, it depends. If your IT if your HR team are still handling the ID creation, are still handling the provisioning or deprofessioning, it might takes, more time. But worry not because Josys has a very seamless and quick capabilities to integrate with a lot of API. So just to set up the environment, maybe it takes only one up to two days. And then right after that, a very quick onboarding session can be done. I would say two or three hours within the sessions, your HR team can already operate with, Josys. But if your HR team but, usually, if the this responsibility is still handled by your IT team, usually, they will take a quicker time because they might have more knowledge about operating this kind of, systems. Yeah. It's very quick. It's very easy. It's very simple. And our internal team can also help you to guide all the steps important step that it takes for you to get onboarded with us. Thank you for the questions, Roland Bautista. Okay. So there's another question from Anna on, do we have my customer I customize offerings for smaller startup. So, I would like to add also, Henry, regarding this question, like, is DOTA really a good fit for So yeah. Well, beautiful question. So, actually, the beauty of, having the SaaS management, it's because we can fit to multistage of the company starting from startups, SMB, and also a bit, corporate. Usually, in the start ups, one man or one IT team will handles a broad spectrum of IT starting from their infra, their cloud system, their SaaS purchasing, their maybe their Internet system, etcetera, yada, yada, yada. Right? So imagine if you just need another person, you need to hire another person just to tackle this IT physical and asset kind of activity. It will take some times and cost. Right? So we will just weaponize this guy who handles all the IT things with this, tools. So mostly for startup use cases because you don't have a lot of teams there, we help you to simplify and make everything happens only on one course. For SMB market, it's going to be a different use case where we will talk more about the access policy, access governance, where in enterprise, we will talk more about the shadow IT and shadow account. So it's we have a very different usage in every stage of life. I hope it answers for also start up cases. Thank you, Henry. Okay. So I have one more question before we proceed. So what's one common mistake you see organizations make when they first start consolidating their SaaS tools? Sorry. Okay. Can you reply, one more time the questions? Okay. So what's one common mistake you see organizations make when they first start consolidating their SaaS tools? Okay. Thank you. So I think not a mistake, but also the challenges. Usually, when an organization is facing the ISO 20,000 20,001, stages, they need to have this very clear, recapitulations about giving accesses, etcetera, and so on. Right? So, usually, they will take a very manual approach, which, first, the data will be very inaccurate, because you will ask all the persons how many tools are, are you using? Are you still using these tools or not? And then you need to recap all of the answers to one sheet before doing the the, evaluations or the analysis. Now this process takes a lot of time. It maybe takes months just to make sure everyone is filling your, questionnaire, CDC, and so on. Right? So make sure that you at least you have a very reliable tools to consolidate all the tools that are that you use. And please anneal the manual processes because then the data will will be becoming accurate, and this process will will have no benefits for the organizations. I think that's for second. If you still manage to do it manually, a lot of our clients are having difficulties because just to get everything on track and, just to get any every of the data is updated manually, it will takes a lot of human resources. So it's very inefficient because taping a manual process still can be done. Especially if your organization already have more than 20 SaaS, I think it's crucial for you to start adopting certain tools to automate this. Okay. Thank you, Henry. Okay. It's actually the I will take this last, question from, floor. So collaboration between the IT team oh, it's not a question, but collaboration between the IT team and HR team and an organization helps a lot with the task management. So both have the understanding of each process flow. So what can you say about this, Henry? I think this is Yeah. I would say, yeah, this is, like like, a very crucial stages because before, HR will only see, progress maybe from their HRIS, and IT team will have their their own manual tools, Excel tools, or any tools that helps them to do the IT operations. But with JoSys, we support the collaboration between IT team and HR team, because they after this, they will have this one simple and beautiful dashboard where we can take actions together and evaluate together, and they see the same data. And they are planning for the same activity. So it will benefits a lot for your employees and also your teams who who are trying to prepare these, things. Right? So thank you, Flor.
